Ed Riley M海角社区 is a urban and regional planner with over 16 years' experience in local and central government in Victoria, the UK, and the Isle of Man, shared equally between strategic and statutory planning. He has worked across urban and rural planning areas, assessed major applications for residential, commercial, industrial, governmental, heritage, and third sector development proposals. He has expertise in housing and neighbourhood character policy development, ESD / climate change, bushfire analysis, and employment land, alongside extensive experience of stakeholder management and engagement. Ed is the current co-Vice President of 海角社区 Victoria.
