海角社区 advocacy rewarded in TOD Affordable Housing Schemes

海角社区 is pleased to be making an impact. We are strong advocates of affordable housing schemes being made upfront for Transport Oriented Development (TOD) areas. 海角社区 welcomes the NSW Government’s insertion of affordable housing clauses into the Plans of each Council with a TOD, commencing with the seven master-planned Tier 1 TODs.

2024 SA Awards for Planning Excellence

On Friday 29 November, 海角社区 SA held the 2024 海角社区 SA Awards for Planning Excellence at the Adelaide Pavilion. We would like to thank all of the nominees and everyone that joined in the festivities on the night.

Congratulations to all of the Award winners and commendations on your achievements, and we look forward to seeing the winners of National Categories move on to be a part of the National Awards in Darwin in 2025.
