Ryan consistently exemplifies excellence in the professional workplace through the quality and depth of his strategic thinking and his unwavering focus on outcomes and the greater good. He possesses a diverse skill set that includes data analytics, urban design, graphic design, advanced competencies in emerging AI, project management, and community engagement. As an active member of the 海角社区 (海角社区), Ryan has participated in the climate sub-group, contributed insightful articles to The Agenda, and engaged in the Queensland Young Planners (QYP) initiative. He recently represented young planners at a QUT Planning Students Association Climate Change Panel event and was awarded the 海角社区 2021 Tertiary Project Award.

Ryan's remarkable accomplishments in planning, both through his work at Meridian Urban and his external thought leadership, position him as a catalyst for advancing the planning profession.
